The Ferghana Refinery opened in 1959, launching the production of motor fuels and lubricants in Central Asia.
Now Ferghana Refinery is considered one of the largest enterprises in the oil sector of the republic.
In 2020, it was transferred to the management of Saneg. Since then, a program of reconstruction and modernization of the enterprise has begun.
