From 17.01.2022 to 21.02.2022, the plant will conduct user training in the SAP S/4 HANA Corporate Information System.
In a short time, it is planned to train a significant number of employees of the enterprise to work in the system.
Before the start of the training, an introductory meeting was organized with key users, where the Deputy Director for business Process Automation, N.V. Alshanikova, familiarized the participants with the training schedule, project risks, and provided a report on the work done by the project team.
The training will be conducted by specialists of the integrator of IT Professional Solutions LLC together with the team of the SAP implementation and maintenance department. In the administrative building of the department, in the library, a class was organized, equipped with all the necessary equipment for effective training of key users of the SAP S/4 Hana CIS.
Training of key users will take place in the following areas:
- Management of the NSI
- Maintenance and repair
- Procurement and inventory management
- Sales and shipment management
- Production accounting
- Investment management
- Management accounting
- Accounting, tax accounting, IFRS reporting
- Treasury
At this stage of the project "Implementation of CIS based on SAP S/4 HANA" personnel training is one of the tools to improve the efficiency of the entire plant. Trained and developed personnel will help to increase labor productivity and bring the plant to a new level of automation.
