Taking into account the fact that the vaccine is the only reliable way to avoid infection or complicated course of the COVID–19 disease, and also taking into account the fact that if a vaccinated person even gets sick, the probability of complications and severe course of the disease in this case will be almost zero.
This circumstance is relevant taking into account the fact that the refinery is an enterprise with a continuous technological process, the shutdown of which is provided only for scheduled preventive maintenance (PPR).
In this regard, step-by-step work was organized, including the following activities:
- the list of workers subject to vaccination has been determined;
- an order was issued for the factory aimed at motivating employees to receive vaccination, with the provision of a paid day off on the day of receiving the vaccination stage;
- medical organizations have been identified for vaccination, as well as its passage at the workplace has been organized.
As a result of the work done, by now 97% of the working staff of the plant have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
Work in this direction, along with a set of sanitary and preventive measures, continues.
