The situation related to the Angren terminal will not affect the supply of fuel

The terminal is intended for the storage of gasoline and diesel fuel produced by the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant, and this incident did not affect the situation with the fuel supply.

The preliminary cause of the incident was a malfunction of the equipment due to a sharp drop in temperature and was promptly eliminated. Currently, the causes of the incident are being studied by a special commission, on the conclusions of which an official position will be given.

Today, the Angren terminal is operating normally.

This terminal was created to store the products of the Fergana Oil Refinery, including gasoline and diesel fuel. As you know, in 2019, by a government decree, the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant was transferred to the trust management of FE LLC Sanoat Energetika Guruhi, along with its structure, of which the Angren terminal is also a part.

About 1000-1100 tons of gasoline and 250-300 tons of diesel fuel are shipped from the Angren terminal daily for consumers in the Tashkent region and the city of Tashkent.

At the same time, at the moment, the Fergana Oil Refinery, taking into account the growth in fuel demand on these cold days, has increased the daily production of AI-80 commercial gasoline from 850 to 1000 tons, and liquefied gas - from 30 to 50 tons. All products, in accordance with the current regulatory legal acts, are sold through exchange auctions, after which they are delivered to gas stations.

Currently, oil depots, oil refineries have sufficient stock to supply gas stations with gasoline. In particular, 26,500 tons is the stock of AI-80 gasoline, which is sold at the gas station Uzbekneftegaz (UNG Petro), which cannot affect the cost of the oil product.
