Fergana Oil Refinery Plant launched a Telegram bot for the sale of petroleum products.

With its help, you can quickly receive information about the status of orders and shipments of petroleum products.

Telegram-bot "FNPZ Sbyt"  is designed to improve the quality and transparency of work with clients. The bot informs us about the creation of a shipment request, the approval of the outgoing delivery and its completion.

Customers get the opportunity of timely notification, which allows them to increase the controllability of logistics-related processes and, as a result, reduce the cost of transporting petroleum products.

“The launch of a telegram bot with clients continues the business transformation at the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant, which began as part of the modernization of the enterprise,” says Natalya Alshanikova, Deputy Director for Business Process Automation. – In 2021, the refinery began implementing integrated modules based on the SAP system, which covered such refinery management processes as procurement, stocks, investments, sales of petroleum products, payments, and the formation of management and accounting reports.

The next step in the automation of the Ferghana Oil Refinery Plant is to equip the plant with modern measuring instruments and the introduction of the MES system, which will allow managing production processes and minimizing errors associated with the human factor.
