Free initial consultation and discounts for employees: a medical and diagnostic polyclinic of the Fergana Oil Refinery has started operating in Fergana.

Residents of Fergana and nearby regions will now be able to receive qualified assistance in the new medical and diagnostic polyclinic of the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant.

The corresponding license for the provision of medical services was issued by the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan at the end of last year.

The daily capacity of the polyclinic is approximately 200 people. In the building located at 50 Margilan Street, one can take tests, undergo a medical examination and receive physiotherapy procedures: in total, there are more than 20 areas of service. The initial appointment for employees of the plant, as well as retired labor veterans, is free of charge, and there is a 50% discount for the next visits. Benefits are also provided to persons with disabilities and combat veterans.

“Today, 16 qualified doctors work in our factory polyclinic, including a neurologist, an ophthalmologist, a general practitioner, a surgeon, a dentist, and a pediatrician. Half of the medical staff has the highest qualification category. In addition, inpatient treatment for 20 beds is organized on the fourth floor of the polyclinic,” says the head doctor of the polyclinic, Candidate of Medical Sciences Gairat Ortykaliyev.

Patients who, for health reasons, cannot visit the polyclinic on their own, have the opportunity to receive primary health care through the emergency department and home care.

“Caring for the health of employees and the public is a key area of socially oriented business, and our company is no exception. The polyclinic was opened after the reconstruction of part of the territory of the factory hotel, says Bekzod Muminov, deputy director of the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant for general issues. “In the near future, an electronic queue system will be introduced for employees, as well as the possibility of non-cash payment for medical services at the expense of future salaries through the SAP system.”
