The salary of the employees of Fergana Oil Refinery Plant LLC has been increased.

As you know, the motivation system helps enterprises achieve their goals in the right time and increase revenues. At the same time, it is important to organize the system so that it works in the interests of both the enterprise and employees.

In this regard, each enterprise is trying to improve the conditions and remuneration of employees based on the capabilities and financial situation. Since the moment it was transferred to the trust management of SANOAT ENERGETIKA GURUHI LLC, namely from the beginning of 2020, the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant has been making every effort to improve the efficiency of the enterprise by modernizing process units, as well as introducing effective management and labor organization methods.

In particular, the following systemic measures were taken during this period:

- by the forces of a specialized organization, certification of workplaces was carried out in terms of working conditions and equipment injury hazard;

- certification of specialists for professional compliance was carried out, as a result of which many specialists were transferred to higher positions;

- according to the results of the analysis, in order to increase the efficiency of activities, shops with duplicating processes and positions (professions) were merged, as a result, new demanded vacancies were created.

At the same time, despite the existing difficulties, realizing that the motivation system will be as effective as possible only when it combines material and non-material methods, work was carried out to stimulate and motivate personnel:

- in order to strengthen the social protection of employees, improve the quality of work, increase professional skills, increase responsibility for the results of the work carried out by the employees of the enterprise, a provision was introduced on additional payments for the final results based on the results of each month in areas of activity where distinguished employees have the opportunity to receive from 5 to 40% in addition to the salary;

  - staff ranks were brought into line, based on the profile of the enterprise in the context of production, auxiliary and maintenance personnel, based on the results of more than 200 staff positions, ranks were increased;

- a polyclinic was put into operation, where employees, together with members of their families, can receive qualified medical care.

It is gratifying that in the year of “Care for a person and quality education”, proclaimed by our President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the management of the plant in the interests of supporting employees and improving their social life, a decision was made to increase staff wages by 25% from January 1, 2023.

The main goal of the motivation system is the development of our plant and bringing it to the international level.
