Every year on June 1, the world celebrates International Children's Day. This date serves as a reminder of the need to protect the rights of children and create conditions for their full growth and development.
At the initiative of the management of the Fergana Oil Refinery Plant, the Joint Trade Union Committee and the Social Development Support Department organized a trip to the Arsif, arest house for employees and their children.
The festive program consisted of competitions, sports competitions, dances, puppet shows. Children got the opportunity to spend time with their parents in nature and open the swimming season!
At the end of the holiday, the plant employees presented memorable gifts to the most active participants in the competition, as well as handed out sweet gifts and stationery to the rest of the children.
“Today we managed to bring smiles on the faces of children. Adults could also share this joy,” says Behzod Muminov, Deputy Director for General Affairs. “Children are our continuation, so we must invest in their comprehensive development, share knowledge, and introduce them to culture, nature and sports. This day is an important reminder to us, adults, of the great responsibility that we bear for the younger generation.”
