Prior to his appointment, he worked as First Deputy General Director - Executive Director of the Production Division of Saneg.
Shokir Faizullayev, who previously headed the company since 2017, has been appointed to the position of Advisor to the General Director.
Tulkin Yusupov is an expert in the field of production management and optimization of production flows, increasing the efficiency of oil production in difficult fields with 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Born in 1980, graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics with a degree in International business. He is qualified as a specialist in drilling technologies in the USA, Scotland, UAE, Algeria, Russia under the program of the University of Texas at Austin, USA. Completed the professional management program of the Japan International Cooperation Agencyin Osaka, Japan.
In 2021, he began working at Sanoat Energetika Guruhi as Deputy General Director for Innovative Development and Technology. He continued his development in the company, heading the Production Division in 2022, dealing with issues of increasing and intensifying oil and gas production at the Saneg fields.
